Rune Craft

Type of Feat: Class Specific.
Prerequisite: Runecaster Level 1.
Specifics: The Runecaster gains a bonus on checks to create runes. This bonus starts at +1 at level 1, and increases to +2 at level 4 and +3 at level 7. In epic levels, the runecaster gets +4 at level 13, and an additional +1 every 3 levels (+5 at 16, and so on).
Use: Automatic.
